The 0.894 ha block is bounded by Zernova Street, Viacheslava Chornovola Avenue, Vahova Street and Panteleimona Kulisha Street, with the main façade on the avenue. The concept integrates contemporary architecture into a historic setting: the significant historic building is preserved, restored and woven into the new façade, while the ageing 9-storey “Lviv” hotel is cleared for new construction. A new 9-storey volume in a Hotel + Apartments + Lifestyle format, arranged in a U-shape around a closed private courtyard.
